Change of Auditor
Outsourcery (AIM: OUT), announces the appointment of BDO LLP ("BDO") as independent auditor, replacing Grant Thornton UK LLP ("Grant Thornton").
Grant Thornton has been the Group's independent auditor since inception in 2011. In line with best practice, the Company conducted a formal tender process, which concluded with the appointment of BDO as independent auditor to the Group.
The Board wishes to thank Grant Thornton for its years of service to the Group.
