OTE completes 2013 and 2014 Notes tender process

ATHENS, Greece - February 13, 2013 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (ASE: HTO, OTC MARKET: HLTOY), the Greek full-service telecommunications provider, announces that its subsidiary OTE plc concluded a tender for cash of its August 2013 Notes (ISIN XS0173549659) and its April 2014 Notes (ISIN XS0615771143). OTE plc accepted tenders amounting to €106.2 mn and €92.5 mn of the August 2013 and the April 2014 Notes respectively. The tendered notes were surrendered for cancellation. As a result the outstanding principal amount of August 2013 Notes and April 2014 Notes is now €713.8 mn and € 407.5 mn respectively.
