DIVIDEND distribution
Athens, June 30, 2015 - The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA or Company) informs the investors' community that due to the short-term bank holiday the payment of the dividend 2014 will not take place to the date announced (02/07/2015). The beneficiaries of the dividend remain the same, namely the Company's shareholders registered with the records of the Dematerialised Securities System of the Company "HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING, CLEARING, SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX)" on Friday June 26, 2015 (Record Date).
Following the termination of the Bank holiday the Company will issue a further announcement for the date of the dividend payment.
