Athens, May 9, 2017 - Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. (OTE S.A. or the Company), announces that:
On 4th May 2017, Schroders Plc notified OTE S.A. that on 2nd May 2017, its (indirect) participation in the share capital of OTE S.A. and the corresponding voting rights indirectly held by it exceeded 5% of the share capital of the Company and voting rights. According to the relevant notification, the number of shares and the corresponding voting rights held by Schroders Plc is 24,618,087, which constitutes a percentage of 5.023% of the total voting rights of OTE S.A., which Schroders Plc holds through the following controlled companies:
