("On the Beach", "OTB", the "Company" or the "Group")
PDMR Transaction
The Company announces that it has been notified that on 23 December 2022, Shaun Morton, Chief Financial Officer of On the Beach Group plc, exercised a number of vested nil-cost options which were granted to him under the On the Beach Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan, and that he sold sufficient of the resulting shares to cover the tax liability generated by such exercise, as outlined below. All of these awards were granted prior to Shaun's appointment to Chief Financial Officer.
