Following approval of the Directors' Remuneration Policy and the On the Beach Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2023 (the "Plan") at the AGM on 27 January 2023, the Company announces awards over Shares ("Awards") were made under the Plan on 24 February 2023. The Awards, made for nil consideration, are nil-cost options established in accordance with the rules of the Plan and vesting is subject to continued employment pursuant to the rules of the Plan.
