CANCELLATION OF LISTING OF CHARTER COURT FINANCIAL SERVICES GROUP PLC

Further to the announcements made by Charter Court Financial Services Group plc ("Charter Court") and OneSavings Bank plc ("OSB") on 3 October 2019 and 4 October 2019 regarding sanction of the Scheme by the Court and the Scheme having become effective, Charter Court announces that, following an application by Charter Court, the Financial Conduct Authority has cancelled the listing of Charter Court Shares on the premium segment of the Official List and the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the trading of Charter Court's Shares on its market for listed securities, in each case with effect from 8.00 a.m. today, 8 October 2019.

All references to times in this announcement are to London time, unless otherwise stated.

Defined terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings set out in the Scheme Document dated 15 May 2019.
