Exercise of Options
Stratex International Plc ('Stratex' or 'the Company') today announces that following the exercise of options by an employee, 550,000 ordinary shares have been issued and will be admitted to AIM tomorrow morning. Following the exercise of these options, the total number of shares in issue will be 287,326,366 ordinary shares of 1p each.
