Ormonde Mining plc ("Ormonde")

Shareholder Notification

Ormonde was today notified that as at the 17 July 2008, Davycrest Nominees (as registered owner only on behalf of a range of Davy clients who are each the owner of a portion of the shareholding) holds 6,967,825 shares and Davy Nominees holds 739,702 shares. This holding in total represents 3.90% of the issued share capital of Ormonde Mining plc (based on the issued share capital of 197,781,586).
