McM. Bell, a non-executive Director of theCompany, is resigning from the Board of Ormonde as a result of his increasingwork commitments elsewhere. Mr. Bell now has executive responsibilities withseveral other listed resource companies and the expanded activities of thesecompanies necessitate his full-time involvement. Consequently, he has requestedthat Ormonde accept his resignation from the Board with immediate effect.
