Director changeΒ and management appointments
Origo Sino-India PLC ('Origo' or 'the Company') (AIM: OSI), the investment andΒ strategic advisory company focused on the private equity markets of China andΒ India, announces thatΒ Vinay GangaΒ hasΒ resigned asΒ a director of the Company, as a result ofΒ anΒ allegedΒ breachΒ by himΒ ofΒ his contract of employment,Β with immediate effect.

Mr Ganga has also resigned from his role as a directorΒ of Origo Advisers LimitedΒ ("OAL"),Β which provides consultancy services to Origo Resource Partners LimitedΒ ("ORP"),Β andΒ hasΒ relinquished his shareholding in OAL.
Origo is pleased to report that it has been strengthening its management team in recent weeks with a number of appointments of high calibre, senior individuals to the team. Origo has been intent on putting in place a broader team of people available to work with its and ORP's portfolio companies, and will continue to seek to add to its team as it expands the asset base.
