Director/PDMR Shareholding

1pm plc ("1pm" or "the Company") announces that on 2 March 2012 Ron Russell, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.06818 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.1 pence each. Following this transaction Ron Russell holds 993,323,335 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 29.49 per cent. of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
