DIRECTORATE CHANGE
1pm plc, the AIM listed alternative finance provider to the SME sector announces, in line with expectations, that Michael Nolan, Executive Director, has formally stepped down as a director of 1pm plc and his other subsidiary directorships within the 1pm group.
This announcement is in line with the pre-agreed plan designed to ensure the smooth transition of Mike's roles and responsibilities following the announcement of his decision on 22nd December 2017 to retire in the coming 12 months.
Mike will remain as an employee of the Group until 22nd December 2018 as expected but having completed the orderly hand over of his current duties to other members of the Group's management team will no longer hold any statutory director roles.
