Director/PDMR Shareholding
OPG (AIM: OPG), the developer and operator of power generation plants in India, announces that Gleneagle Trading FZC, a subsidiary of Gita Investments Limited, a company controlled by the Gupta family purchased 25,000 ordinary shares on 26 July 2023 at 8.7 pence per share and 50,000 ordinary shares on 27 July 2023 at 9.0 pence per share. Following these transactions, the Gupta family holds 206,507,166 ordinary shares representing 51.53 % of the Company's issued share capital.
