Appointment of Non-executive Director
OPG Power Ventures plc (AIM: OPG), a leading developer and operator of power generation assets in India, is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Higginson as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Martin Higginson is a seasoned entrepreneur and public company director with over 15 years' experience across media, telecoms, technology, and e-commerce. He has held key leadership roles with Scottish Telecom and Thus plc, leading mergers, acquisitions and strategic growth initiatives. Martin has successfully founded and scaled multiple AIM-listed businesses, spanning across sectors such as mobile content, gaming, publishing, and virtual reality. Currently, he serves as Executive Chairman of Huddled Group plc
