Additional Subscription and Total Voting Rights

Onward Opportunities Limited, the UK smaller company focussed investment company, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of 7.00 a.m. on 4 December 2024, in response to investor demand it has raised additional gross proceeds of an aggregate of approximately £0.27 million by way of an additional direct subscription with the Company for an aggregate of 228,768 new ordinary shares (the "Additional Subscription Shares") at a price of 119.75 pence per Additional Subscription Share.

Pursuant to the Additional Subscription, application has been made for all Subscription Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on or around 9 December 2024 and the Subscription Shares will, on issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

Total Voting Rights

On Admission, the Company will have a total of 23,979,754 ordinary shares in issue. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. The figure of 23,979,754 may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator in the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Capitalised terms used but not otherwise defined in this announcement shall have the meanings set out in the Company's announcement of the Subscription at 7.00 a.m. on 4 December 2024.
