Armour Group PLC09 February 2005 ARMOUR GROUP PLC SECURES NATIONAL AGREEMENT WITH DAVID WILSON HOMES Armour Home Electronics, a division of Armour Group plc ("Armour"), has enteredinto an agreement to supply its new Systemline Modular multi-room entertainmentsystem to the national house builder David Wilson Homes, which is part of WilsonBowden plc. Systemline Modular is a distribution system for both audio and videoentertainment that is built-in within the home and allows the home owner thefreedom to watch or listen to different entertainment in any number of roomssimultaneously. Systemline Modular will be included by David Wilson Homes aspart of their Expressions home option programme and in 2005 will be offered toover 5000 prospective buyers of its new homes throughout the UK.
