Armour Group PLC03 January 2007 Armour Group plc ("Armour") Trading Agreement with Lenbrook Corporation Armour, through its subsidiary Armour Home Electronics ("AHE"), has entered intoa trading agreement with the Lenbrook Corporation of Toronto, Canada (www.lenbrook.com) for the exclusive UK distribution by AHE of the world-renownedbrands of NAD electronics (www.nadelectronics.com) and PSB speakers (www.psbspeakers.com). This new distribution agreement will be effective from 1st March 2007. The NAD brand is recognised throughout the world for delivering high performance home theatre and hi-fi electronics. PSB is one of the largest names in the consumer electronics industry for audio, creating a broad range of high performance, high-value loudspeakers for music and home cinema applications.
