Armour Group PLC13 December 2006 Armour Group plc (the "Company") Additional Listing/Directors Shareholding Application has today been made for 69,882 new ordinary shares of 10 pence eachto be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of 69,882 options heldunder the Armour Group plc 1998 SAYE option scheme at 33p per share. Included within this exercise are 5,590 options held under this scheme by GeorgeDexter, Chief Executive of Armour Group plc. Accordingly Mr Dexter'sshareholding in the company is 1,354,736 shares representing 1.98 per cent ofthe Company's issued share capital, and his holding of options over ordinaryshares now stands at 625,000 following the exercise of options referred toabove. Also included within this exercise are 24,600 options held under this scheme byJohn Harris, Group Finance Director of Armour Group plc. Accordingly Mr Harris'shareholding in the Company is 176,541 shares representing 0.26 per cent of theCompany's issued share capital, and his holding of options over ordinary sharesnow stands at 875,000 following the exercise of options referred to above. The new shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary sharesand trading is expected to commence on 19 December 2006.
