CEO Appointment

OneView Group (AIM: ONEV), the retail industry's leading provider of digital point of sale (POS), inventory management and enterprise promotions, is pleased to announce that as part of the Board's succession planning Linda Palanza, current COO, has accepted the role of CEO effective immediately. Stuart Mitchell will become Deputy Chairman of the Board providing ongoing executive guidance to Linda and Board-level leadership.

Michael Jackson, Chairman of the Board at OneView commented "Linda co-founded OneView with Stuart in 2010 and has proven to be a visionary leader of the product's direction with superb sales and execution abilities. We have been grooming Linda for this role for some time and are confident that Linda's technology background and software experience is well suited to her leading the next phase of the Company's growth and success."

As Deputy Chairman, Stuart Mitchell will remain in an executive role within the Company and will continue to oversee corporate direction.
