Director share dealing
Ondo Insurtech (LSE: ONDO), a leading company in claims prevention technology for home insurers, announces that Craig Foster, the Company CEO, has transferred 828,307 Ondo ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal holding into his Self Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) and into a Personal Individual Savings Account (ISA).
Mr Foster sold 689,444 Ordinary Shares from his personal holding which were then repurchased by his SIPP and a further 138,863 Ordinary Shares through a "Bed and ISA" transaction sold from his personal holding, repurchased by his personal ISA.
All transactions were undertaken at a price of 14.25p per Ordinary Share.
As part of these transactions Mr Foster has also sold 4,340 Ordinary Shares at 14.25p to meet stamp duty and dealing charges.
Following his subscription for 164,285 Ordinary Shares in the recent share placing, and the transactions outlined above, Craig Foster now holds 1,939,512 Ordinary Shares representing 1.67 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
