Ondo InsurTech Plc (LON: ONDO), the InsurTech company which aims to be the leading provider of claims prevention technology for home insurers, announces that it has been notified that on 14 August 2023, Andy Morrison, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to incoming investors at a price of 30.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction Mr. Morrison is now interested in 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.8 per cent of Ondo's issued ordinary share capital. At the date of admission of Ondo in March 2022, he was interested in 2,970,971 Ordinary Shares.
Commenting on the sales, Andy Morrison said, "The shares sold today correspond to those purchased by me since admission of Ondo; the proceeds are now required to fund part redemption of a mortgage. I remain committed to the Company and to my remaining holdings."
The notification below, which is made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details.
