In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Old Mutual plc (the "Company") announces that Alan Gillespie, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of ContourGlobal plc, whose shares were admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities on 14 November 2017.

Old Mutual plc is a holding company for several financial services companies. In March 2016, it announced a new strategy of managed separation entailing the separation of its underlying businesses into independently-listed, standalone entities.
