In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules issued by the Financial Conduct Authority (the FCA), and as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 114,831,334 ordinary shares (with a nominal value of 0.25p each).

There are no ordinary shares held in treasury by the Company.

The above figure (114,831,334) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
