Director/PDMR Shareholding

OMG, the technology group providing image understanding products for the entertainment, defence, life science and engineering industries, announces that on 23 July 2008 it was notified by Ms Cathy Robertson, the Company Secretary, that on 23 July 2008 she sold 100,000 shares in the Company. Following this transaction, Ms Robertson's interest in the Company is 578,366 OMG shares, representing 0.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
