Board changes and corporate update
The Board of the Company announces that on 31 March 2016, Brad Mills informed the Company that he had resigned as Chairman of the Board of the Company with immediate effect. Gerard Holden, an existing Non-Executive Director, has been appointed Chairman. Brad Mills will remain as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

As previously announced on 27 February 2015, the Company had appointed Plinian Capital Limited as operator of the Company's Cameroon projects at a total annual cost of US$160,000 (equivalent to approximately £103,000) for an initial term of 12 months ("Operator Agreement"). Brad Mills, who is also the controlling shareholder of Plinian Capital Limited, informed the Company yesterday that the Operator Agreement would also terminate with effect from 31 March 2016.
