O'KEY GROUP APPOINTS SUPPLY CHAIN DIRECTOR

O'Key Group S.A. ("the Company") today announces the appointment of Marc Leblond as Supply Chain Director with immediate effect. Mr Leblond will report to the Company's CEO, Tony Maher.
Tony Maher, CEO of O'Key Group, commented: "Our plans see us stepchanging our supply chain infrastructure over the next 24 months and Marc's experience will be central to making that transition successful."
Marc Leblond previously served as Supply Chain Director for X5 Retail Group ("Pyaterochka"). Prior to this, he worked as IT & Supply Chain Director for ORANGINA SCHWEPPES. Marc joined LACTALIS CIS in 1991 as Supply Chain Director. Marc holds a degree in Transport & Logistics from Val de Marne University, Paris, as well as professional development diplomas in Finance & Accounting.

COMPANY OVERVIEW
"O'KEY" is one of the largest retail chains in Russia. Its primary retail format is the modern Western European hypermarket under the "O'KEY" brand, complemented by "O'KEY - Express" supermarkets.
The Company opened its first hypermarket in St. Petersburg in 2002 and has demonstrated continuous growth ever since. As of December 1, 2014, O'KEY operated 105 stores in 25 cities across Russia: 67 hypermarkets with an aggregate selling space of approximately 487,000 square meters and 38 supermarkets with an aggregate trading space of approximately 48,000 square meters. As of December 1, 2014, O'KEY employed more than 23,000 people.
