London, United Kingdom, May 11, 2009Ā - Oilexco Incorporated ('Oilexco' or 'the Company') (LSE: OIL; TSX: OIL) would, for the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency rules, like to notify the market of the following:
As at 30thĀ of AprilĀ the Company's issued share capital consists ofĀ 223,832,827Ā shares, each with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is thereforeĀ 223,832,827.Ā The above figure ofĀ 223,832,827Ā may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
