The Company was notified on 20 March 2009 of the following changes in the interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs").
The following Ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Shares") were purchased under the Oilexco Incorporated UK 2008 Approved Share Incentive Plan on the London Stock Exchange.
