Omega Insurance Holdings Limited01 November 2007 1 November 2007 OMEGA INSURANCE HOLDINGS LIMITED Sterling Conversion Rate for Interim Dividend Omega Insurance Holdings Limited ("Omega") (AIM: OIH) previously declared aninterim dividend of 7.7 cents per common share, which, as announced on 18September 2007, will be payable on 16 November 2007 to those shareholders on theregister as at 26 October 2007. For those shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Sterling,the dividend will be 3.752 pence per share based upon an exchange rate ofUS$2.0522 = £1.
