DIRECTOR/ PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Omega announces, pursuant to Rule 3.1.4 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTR"), the following transactions in the Company's common shares of US$0.10 each ("Common Shares") by a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") and by a person connected to him for the purposes of DTR Rule 3.1.1 ("Connected Person").

David Burchett, Deputy Underwriter of Syndicate 958 and PDMR, notified the Company on 26 March 2011, of the following transactions in Common Shares in London on 21 March 2012:

David Burchett sold 950,000 Common Shares at a price of 50.5p per share and his wife, Hazel Burchett, a Connected Person, sold 50,000 Common Shares at a price of 50.5p per share.

Following this transaction, David Burchett has a beneficial interest in 771,429 of the Company's Common Shares, representing 0.32 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
