Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') has received notification today from Invesco Limited of an increase in its shareholding in the Company. Following the acquisition yesterday of 345,236 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, Invesco Limited is now the holder of 8,831,488 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 7.0% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
