Correction: Equity Issue

 

On 15 March 2021, the Company announced the "Series D Loan Restructure and Equity Issue". The announcement referred to the equity issue of 250,000,000 shares under ASX Listing Rule 7.1A. The Company advises that the 250,000,000 shares have been issued under Listing Rule 7.1 and not Listing Rule 7.1A.

 

An updated Appendix 3B reflecting this change is to be submitted shortly.
