APPENDIX 3Y
Please find attached an Appendix 3Y detailing the on market purchase of Oilex Ltd ordinary shares by Mr Ronald Miller. The Company was informed of the trade on the 5 November 2013.
In addition to the on market purchase of shares Mr Miller also acquired 1 million shares and 500,000 listed options through participation in a recent placement undertaken by the Company. Mr Miller's participation was approved by shareholders at an EGM held on 28 October 2013. Shareholders also approved the granting of 2m unlisted options at the same EGM.
