Board Change

The Company announces that Grant Roberts, Non-Executive Chairman, has resigned from the Board of Octagonal due to increasing demands from his other business commitments.

John Gunn, CEO, will take over the role of Chairman on an interim basis until a replacement is appointed, of which the Company is hopeful of announcing shortly and commented:

"We thank Grant for his time as Chairman of Octagonal, his guidance since the acquisition of GIS in June 2015 and wish him well for the future".

Grant Roberts commented:

"Whilst I'm disappointed to be leaving, I am extremely proud of the progress made in the 2 years since the RTO and what John and the management team have achieved. We have successfully consolidated Global Investment Strategies Ltd ("GIS"), implemented a cost efficiency drive substantially improving operational efficiency and operational leverage, organically grown the business through delivering additional revenues by offering new services to our existing client base, culminating in strong year-on-year revenue and profit growth. I believe this is a stronger, better business today.

Looking forward, the Company is well position to build on the ground work already in place and capitalise on some exciting opportunities already underway; expanding the existing Asian business and client base and moving into the lending market, via Synergis Capital Limited.

I thank John and management team for all their assistance during my tenure as Chairman and wish them every success in further developing the Company."
