MAJOR SHAREHOLDER

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it has received notification of a change in the co-Trustee for the shareholding of 8,364,113 ordinary shares held by Nicholas B Dill Jnr & Codan Trustees (BVI) Limited.

With respect to the above shareholding the existing co-Trustee Mr Nicholas B. Dill is being removed and Mr Peter A. S. Pearman is being appointed as Co-Trustee. Codan Trust Company Limited which is the other co-trustee remains the same.
