Ocean Wilsons Holdings Ld26 October 2007 ANNOUNCEMENT Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that Dragaport Limitada, (a 33%indirectly owned joint venture of our subsidiary, Wilson Sons Limited), hassigned an agreement to sell the dredges Macapa and Boa Vista 1 to Great LakesDredge & Dock Company, LLC, a North American dredging company for US$25 million.The transaction is expected to be finalised by the end of 2007. For Wilson Sons Limited the disposal of the dredges, the main assets ofDragaport Limitada, concludes Wilson Sons Limited dredging activities, and isconsistent with the Group's Brazilian strategy of creating synergy among itsbusiness segments (port terminals, towage, ship agency, logistics, andoffshore).
