Purchase of Shares
Oakley Capital Investments Limited ('the Company' or 'OCIL') announces that subsequent to the Board authorising a share buy-back programme of up to 865,000 ordinary shares in the Company at prices below the estimated Net Asset Value per share, the Company, on 6 November 2015, made a purchase of 169,626 ordinary shares of 1p each in OCIL at 143 pence per share to be held in treasury.
Following this transaction the Company holds 9,984,564 ordinary shares in treasury, therefore the number of ordinary shares in issue less the total number of treasury shares following the purchase is 196,928,315.
