Nature of the transaction: Sandrine Jensen, the spouse of an Executive Director of Ocado, purchased 3,670 Shares at a price of 542.2 pence per Share for the purpose of investing the Shares in an ISA. Sandrine Jensen has beneficial ownership of these 3,670 Shares.
