· Oxford Biodynamics has recently successfully raised gross proceeds of £7 million in accordance to a placing, and therefore an additional 1,400,000,000 new Ordinary Shares will be issued to the Placing and Subscriptions at the Issue Price. "therefore an additional 1,400,000,000 new Ordi-nary Shares will be issued to the Placing and Subscriptions at the Issue Price".
