Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD), a biotechnology company developing precision medicine tests for immune health based on the EpiSwitch® 3D genomics platform, announces the following information is being disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule Two Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:
David Holbrook, Non-Executive Director
David Holbrook was appointed a director of Eykona Medical Limited ("Eykona") on 17 September 2010. On 5 December 2013, Eykona entered a creditors voluntary liquidation and was dissolved on 14 May 2018 with a deficiency to unsecured creditors of approximately £1.79 million.
