Update on potential acquisition

Bigdish Ventures Limited ("BigDish")

On 15 November 2016, the Company announced the potential acquisition of Bigdish Ventures Limited which would, should it proceed, amount to a Reverse Takeover under the AIM Rules and a back-door listing for the purposes of the ASX Listing Rules. The Company continues its process of preparing the documentation necessary for the Company's shareholders to consider the proposed acquisition of BigDish.

The Company has been advised that BigDish will formally launch in Hong Kong in February 2017. This represents the first expansion from the Republic of the Philippines. BigDish's Hong Kong operation will be led by Frederic Honore-Spinler, who was appointed in late 2016. Frederic is a senior sales executive, having previously worked for Chope (Asia's largest restaurant reservation platform) and Rocket Internet/Foodpanda (the world's largest food delivery business). Frederic holds a Master's degree in International Business from ESSCA, France.

Joost Boer, the Chief Executive Officer of BigDish, commented that "BigDish is delighted to be able to expand into Hong Kong which has a thriving food scene. The Hong Kong launch also coincides with the rollout of a multi-language capability for the BigDish platform, which will assist in the growth of the business in Asia."

Joost added that "BigDish has also committed to be a major sponsor for the Philippines representative to the Young Talent Trophy hosted by Escoffier, the global culinary association, for the third successive year".
