Director Shareholding
The Company was notified on 1 March 2018 that on the same day Nick Kelsall, the Group Chief Executive, exercised options over 11,392 10p ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") under the Norcros plc Savings Related Share Option Scheme, at an option price of £1.58 and retained the resulting Shares.
Following this acquisition, Nick Kelsall is interested in 1,162,783 Shares in total.
