Director appointment
The Board is delighted to announce that Mr. Nick Medlam, age 62, has been appointed a non-executive director of Newmark Security PLC with immediate effect.
Nick was until reaching his retirement age of 62, managing director of Safetell Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Nick will remain as a non-executive director of Safetell. Mr Anton Pieterse, who has had substantial experience in the security sector, has been appointed as managing director of Safetell.
