Newmark Security PLC01 November 2005 Newmark Security plc (the "Company") Additional Listing and Director Shareholding Further to the Company's announcement on 17 October 2005, the Company has todayissued 12,202,800 ordinary shares at 1.5p (yesterday's closing mid-market price)to Arbury Inc. in consideration of the termination of Mr Dwek's services asExecutive Chairman to become Non-Executive Chairman. The Company will makeapplication for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, andadmission is expected to occur on 7 November 2005. Arbury Inc, a company in which Maurice Dwek owns 51%, now holds 37,069,467ordinary shares, which represents 9.9% of the issued share capital.
