NWF Group plc: Director/PDMR  Shareholding

NWF Group plc, the specialist agricultural and distribution business, was notified on 2 July that Mark Hudson, Chairman of NWF, had on that day, transferred 500,000 ordinary shares to his wife Susan Hudson for nil consideration.

Following this transfer, the beneficial holding of Mark Hudson and his connected persons remains unchanged at 602,600 NWF shares, representing 1.25 per cent of the Group's Issued Share Capital.

The Company is currently in a close period in relation to the publication of its annual results for the year ended 31 May 2015. Permission was granted by the London Stock Exchange on 1 July 2015 for the above transaction to take place.
