Novae Group plc ("Novae" or "the Group") today confirms that the proposed one-for-ten share consolidation announced on 14 March 2008 was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held today, 16 May 2008.
The total number of ordinary 10p shares currently in issue is 732,213,460 and therefore the resultant total number of ordinary £1 shares post-consolidation will be 73,221,346.
Application has been made to the United Kingdom Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the consolidation to be effective from 19 May 2008.
The ISIN for the current ordinary shares of 10p each is GB00B114LO43. Post- consolidation, the ISIN for the ordinary shares of £1 each will be GB00B2QCM188.
