Trading Update
The Board of Numis Corporation Plc ("Numis") is today issuing a trading update relating to the twelve months ending 30th September 2017.
Trading activity since 31st March 2017 has been strong. Our Equities business has continued to perform well, helped by generally positive equity markets. Our Corporate Broking & Advisory business has seen a marked increase in the size of equity issuance transactions for both existing and new corporate clients, with a substantially higher average fee than that achieved in our first half. Whilst there are still two months of our financial year to go, it is likely that our full year revenue and profit will be comfortably ahead of prior year.
