Board Change
The Board of Numis Corporation Plc ("Numis") today announces that Oliver Hemsley will stand down from the Board and from Executive responsibilities with immediate effect. Oliver will act as an adviser to Numis for a period of at least 12 months from now.
Commenting on the change, Alex Ham and Ross Mitchinson stated:
"The Board is enormously grateful to Oliver for everything he has done for Numis. He founded the business in the early 1990s, and led the business as CEO for over 25 years. His leadership, energy and drive have been invaluable to its success and we are delighted that he will remain with the Company in an advisory capacity".
Oliver Hemsley also commented on the change:
