Nativo Resources Plc (LON:NTVO), a gold-focused mining company with interests in Peru, announces that Rosa Maria Diaz Torres, wife of Stephen Birrell, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased Ordinary Shares in the Company ("Shares"). Mrs Torres purchased a total of 762,797 Shares at a price of £0.003966 per Share.
As a result, Stephen Birrell and persons closely associated him, are now interested in a total of 7,793,663 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.51 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The notification below has been made in accordance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation and provides further details below.

About Nativo Resources Plc
Nativo has interests in gold projects in Peru. The Company's strategy is based on three core activities: primary gold mining, gold ore processing, and the recovery of gold from tailings. The Company has already acquired or optioned several projects for development and has identified additional opportunities for expansion. Nativo's nearest-term objective is to scale operations on the Tesoro Gold Concession, focusing on the Bonanza and Morrocota mines. Nativo intends to allocate portions of free cash flow from mining and processing activities, and from future fund raises, to Bitcoin purchases and to hold Bitcoin as a long-term treasury reserve asset.
